For the fifth year, Brielle’s Brigade has returned to participate in the 31st annual Pan-Massachusetts
Challenge (PMC) to raise money for The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the Jimmy Fund. The makeup of the team may change
from year to year, but our commitment and determination to raise money grows stronger thanks to your continuous support. We
are looking forward to another unbelievable PMC experience and are driven by the generous support and encouragement of family,
friends and local business partners. Since we came together in 2006 as a small group of
seven riders, the team has raised more than $445,000 for this worthy cause. In
2010, our goal is to surpass $550,000 in fundraising for the PMC. Once again, an exciting range of activities and sponsorship
opportunities are on tap, so please read on for more details on the Pan-Mass Challenge, our team and how you too can help.
Crunch Time! Time for us to put up
or shut up. We are just over two weeks away from "wheels down" at the New York line. It all begins Friday,
August 6th. Help us reach our fundraising goals by donating today. EVERY PENNY goes to cancer research!
HUGE THANK YOU! The
fifth Annual Team Brielle’s Brigade Cocktail Party & Silent Auction held Friday, 7/16 was another monster success.
We could not have done it without the tremendous support and generosity of our friends and supporters.

About the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge ( P M C)
• The Pan-Massachusetts Challenge is the
nation’s original fundraising bike-a-thon and today raises more money than any other athletic fundraising event in the
country. • The two-day ride (August 7-8) begins
in Sturbridge and ends in Provincetown for a total of 192 miles. Most of Team Brielle’s Brigade actually begins a day
earlier on August 6th at the New York-MA border for a total of 300 miles over three days. • Since 1980, the PMC
has contributed $270 million to cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. • In 2009, more
than 5,000 cyclists contributed $30 million to the Jimmy Fund. The 2010 goal is $31 million. • Since 2007, 100
cents of every rider-dollar raised went directly to the Jimmy Fund, which supports the fight against cancer at the Dana-Farber
Cancer Institute.
